How It Works

Receive a case of wine (12 different bottles of wine) every 2 months. If you think this may be too large a quantity for you, some of our members split their order with another wine lover.
Shipment months are January, March, May, July, September and November.
You will receive an exclusive information package including awards, food pairing suggestions, tasting notes and cellaring suggestions.
Shipments leave Kelowna, BC the second or third week of the month and you will receive an email once it is on its way. Kelowna residents may pick up at our store.
Sign up for a minimum of 6 deliveries (1 year) and cancel at any time after that by notifying us 30 days before the next shipment.
Pay as you go – you are only charged as the shipments are being prepared to leave.
You only pay exactly what the winery list price is. This means the price will fluctuate slightly with each order. Prices of wine in British Columbia include all taxes.
Delivery is exclusively to a place of business, non-home-based. If you do not have a place of business that can be shipped to, maybe you have a friend or family member that has a business we can ship to.
For a variety of reasons, we do not allow our Wine Club to be given as a gift.
Shipping charges are added and vary depending upon where it is going. If you call or email us, we can provide you with a quote. Within BC we use Greyhound for pick up at their depot in small communities, or Loomis Express. All other locations would be delivered via Loomis Express. Some estimates when shipping 1 case of wine (12 bottles) standard ground to the following cities are: Vancouver: $32, Victoria: $37, Prince George:$43.

Option 1: White Wine Club

Receive a selection of 12 white wines. Price ranges $230-240 (average $20 per bottle- this could mean receiving an excellent value $12 and $30 in the same order)

Option 2: Mixed Case Club

Receive a selection of 6 white and 6 red wines. Price ranges $230-$240. (average $20 per bottle- this could mean receiving an excellent value $12 and $30 wine in the same order...)

Option 3: Red Wine Club

Receive a selection of 12 red wines. Price ranges $300-$310. (average $25.80 per bottle- this could mean receiving an excellent value $16 and $40 red in the same order…)

On occasion, you may receive a bottle of Rose, Sparkling or Dessert Wine inclusive in our Club.

Terms & Conditions

- Kelowna residents may pick up at Discover Wines to alleviate shipping costs.
- You accept that wine is very subjective and personal.
- You are over 19 years of age.
- You will let us know if you go away on holidays during a Wine Club month so we can hold off on shipping until you get back.
- British Columbia Liquor Licencing Terms and Conditions for Liquor Deliveries dictate that no deliveries will be made to an intoxicated person or to a person under the influence of drugs.
- Prices of wine include all Provincial, value added taxes and federal taxes and the $0.10c per bottle provincial recycling mandatory deposit is added to the price per bottle.
- Following laws, you are charged for each Wine Club selection only as is being prepared to leave via the shipping carrier or being prepared for pickup.
- British Columbia Liquor Licencing Terms and Conditions for Liquor Deliveries dictate that proof of age must be validated at the time of delivery with acceptable identification (being passport, identification card or drivers license with photograph).
- Our carrier offers a &ldquo;delivery Confirmation Signature Required Service&rdquo; where the receiver will be requested to produce identification of being an adult at least 19 years of age. This provides automatic confirmation with a digital signature.
- Delivery is to a place of business exclusively and to the Wine Club recipient.
- We do not allow our Wine Club to be given as a gift for a variety of reasons.
- The Credit Card must be in the Wine Club members name.
- Undeliverable shipments requiring multiple times for delivery to be accepted, are charged an additional $10 per delivery attempt.
- During very cold and very hot months, if delivery has been unsuccessful, Discover Wines Ltd. is not responsible for the condition of the wine upon delivery.
- Shipping is calculated through Greyhound or Loomis Express. Shipments are sent normal ground which still allows for deliveries within a reasonable time period and at a competitive price. You will be emailed once it is shipped.
- When choosing your business delivery location, ensuring someone is there Monday-Friday during business hours, if possible, will alleviate you needing to go to the carriers&rsquo; warehouse to pickup the order if the delivery was unsuccessful.

I agree to becoming a Wine Club Member for a minimum of one year (6 deliveries). I will continue to be a Discover Wines Club member after the 6 deliveries unless notifying Discover Wines in writing via email.
If I wish to cancel my membership, I will give 30 days cancellation notice before the next shipment.
I will inform Discover Wines Ltd. if I will be away on holidays or unable to accept the delivery during a Wine Club month and understand the issues outlined in Terms and Conditions for undeliverable shipments. Discover Wines will still process and pack up my wine, but ship upon my return instructions.
